SHIPPING AND RETURNS
CARGO PROCESS
Your order will be delivered to Sürat Kargo branch within 3 working days. Your cargo tracking number is sent to you via SMS so that you can track where your cargo is. With your cargo tracking number, you can track your cargo on our website or on Sürat Kargo Shipment Status Inquiry screen.
The branch to which your address is linked will deliver the product to you within 1-4 working days. If we are at your address, your cargo will return to your branch and will be held for 2 days in order for you to receive it. If you do not receive your cargo from the branch, it is returned to us as a return cargo.
When receiving your order from the cargo officer, make sure that the box is unopened and undamaged. If you encounter such a situation, you can issue a report to the cargo officer and return the product to the cargo officer without receiving it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return the product by using your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day your order reaches you. You must send the product, together with all its accessories, to the seller's addresses listed below, within 10 days from the date of notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
If your order has been delivered to you or to the cargo, you must send the return post-delivery. We kindly request you to fill in the " Return Form " and send the product and package undamaged, together with all accessories and gifts, with fast Cargo with a counter payment. It is enough to share the return code numbered 0000000 with Sürat Cargo.
